Heat 3tbsp of edible vegetable Oil in a pan + 1/4 tsp mustard seeds + 1/2 tsp bengal gram + cashew nut + 1 diced onion & chilli + 1tbsp grated copra, saute. Add 3 cup of cut brinjal + pinch of turmeric powder & Saute well. Add 4tsp Grameena Ruchi Vangi bhath powder + 2tbsp tamarind pulp (1: 4, tamarind : water) +1/2 tsp jaggery (optional) + add salt as per taste + 1/4 cup water then cook well. To this add 3 cups of cooked rice, Mix well and serve hot.
